MILO ADAMI

Milo Adami LJFFF

Born in Rome in 1981, upon completing his studies in History of Arts
he moved to Venice where he received a degree in Visual Arts from the
Iuav University. He attended various workshops with international
artists such as Joseph Kosuth and Antoni Muntadas.

The experience accumulated encouraged him to concentrate his
efforts almost exclusively on cinema language. In 2010 togheter with
Luca Scivoletto, he directed his first documentary, titled “A nord est”,
wich has been presented in almost twenty film festivals all over europe
and awarded four times as best film.

From march 2009 till june 2011 he was in charge of being Filmmaker for
the MACRO, Contemporary Art Museum in Rome. He has been in
contact with some of the most important artists on the contemporary
art scene (Anthony Gormley, Dan Perjovschi, Aaron Young, Gilberto
Zorio and many others)

Meanwhile he put his cinematic background forward for emerging
italian fashion houses. He direceted several fashion short films trying
not to forget how cinema and fashion have always been deeply
connected.

He is currently working on a new feature short film.
